Dear blogging friends, I would appreciate your thoughts
Update: Thank you for your helpful and supportive comments -it means a lot, really it does. John pointed out, it might be wiser to delete most of this. Those of you who have read it will understand why.

About Oscar Dandelion
Hi, I'm Faith McCord, writer of the Oscar Dandelion books. I love reading, writing, watching films, looking at architecture and general design, embroidery (especially Elizabethan), spending time with my family. I used to enjoy long walks, bodybuilding, going out, however, since my injury my mobility is seriously impaired, so I'm more of a home-body now. I'm interested in meeting other indie / pro writers, so do say 'Hello' ! :)
what a trip, i’m sure. good to hear that you’re feeling better. 🙂

it’s okay so long as I nourish it with potassium-rich foods, it seems. oranges, pineapples and bananas, especially! And the ‘Naked Power-C machine’ smoothie especially. I need to get a blender for the summer. 😁

Blenders are great. I have one for my soups and milkshakes 😉
Take good care of you. 🙂

It is a sad reflection on the state of our societies. Keep well, my friend.

I’ve been thinking of you and the wedding you went to. I’ve missed emailing you today.
Thank you, you take care too. xo

No worries. We are not confined to time. If it would help you feel better, you could modify your post because we already read it and know the truth. 😊

Low energy day for me. I think it was because I painted for two hours this morning. (I am trying to build up some stamina.) I signed up for a painting class at the local art institute because I want to paint a portrait. At one point, I could draw and paint figures and portraits. Somewhere along the line, I have forgotten how to paint portraits. I hope this class will bring it back to me. So, here’s hoping. Thanks.

I’m sorry to hear that.
But…did the painting go well?
I wish you the best with your class, I hope your tutor will be helpful 🙂
I have trouble painting figures and love doing faces (and dogs, lol).

Painting is moving along. It will take some time to finish. It is on a bigger canvas. 🌅

I love the smell.
Do you have a designated space or room for your painting?

I bought a tiny palette of watercolour paints from Winsor & Newton. I sniffed them immediately after opening the ‘pans’ (I think they’re called). But they don’t have that watercolour paint smell anymore…
They’re lovely colours tho’.
