A Quicky Update!

Dear friends, I’m just going to quickly wish you a HAPPY CHRISTMAS! (if you celebrate it). I’ve been away, first, with chronic migraines (after the neighbour’s intrusive light episode, I was having bad migraines daily) – and then, I got busy preparing for Christmas, in-between bouts of more sleeping than usual (I don’t get any of the good meds for the chronic pain). I don’t know if any of you are finding this time of year harder? I’m sure the lack of daylight hours is affecting me in a bad way. I’m more of a sloth than usual.

How are you doing? I will be catching up with you soon šŸ™‚
