Photos I took while sitting at the end of the garden. We had beautiful, warm, sunny weather during most of May but June begins cold and cloudy like chilly autumn…

Stunning Japanese Maple on the patio. The first one I bought signified the start of my new life without my abusive ex 16 years ago; unfortunately, I lost that one. This is the 3rd one. The North Sea winds coming off the coast can be too harsh.

(One day I’ll afford a proper camera and no longer require the KindleFire. The previous KindleFire camera was excellent at double the pixels but this one obviously shows its lack of sharpness or clarity).

About Oscar Dandelion

Hi, I'm Faith McCord, writer of the Oscar Dandelion books. I love reading, writing, watching films, looking at architecture and general design, embroidery (especially Elizabethan), spending time with my family. I used to enjoy long walks, bodybuilding, going out, however, since my injury my mobility is seriously impaired, so I'm more of a home-body now. I'm interested in meeting other indie / pro writers, so do say 'Hello' ! :)

    • Thanks for dropping by Viola + commenting πŸ™‚ Yes, it was a wonderful time – wonderful times can be simple as just sitting in the garden enjoying the beauty, company and birdsong. I hope you are enjoying your Sunday my friend xox 🐢🐾🐱

  4. Oh my gosh your dogs are so adorable and your garden photos are beautiful. I want to share this in my favorites post that I do at the end of the month, quit a ways off but I do one every month. I love that photo where you have half black and white and the rest colored, so creative.

    • Ah thank you! You are most welcome to share the post, I am humbled πŸ™‚ The garden is quite messy.
I did the effect on http://www.Fotor.com with the ‘colour splashing’ for free. Only thing is, sometimes there’s a technical glitch and the thing doesn’t work. It’s really easy to use (when it does work lol).
Was never able to have my own kids although I looked after other peoples when I was a nanny abroad in Germany – they started speaking with perfect English accents haha! I was also a step-mum. So my dogs are my children. Do love animals and plants. xo
