I’d just finished another essay towards the The Arts Past and Present with the Open University, it was really late and I was feeling sad along with the tiredness. John was in his room watching something, I asked him if he wanted a midnight snack and a drink. So we took cups of tea and mixed nuts, raisins and chocolate drops through. I lit a raspberry scented candle. The puppies were hyper to see us! They were let out of their crate.
Chester chose to sleep on in my upstairs’ chair so Oscar got my lap to himself!
